Claims for Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product upon delivery, we have outlined the following process to ensure fair resolution:

• For damaged or defective products received at delivery, customers may request a voucher, replacement, or monetary refund, subject to claim verification.

• An unboxing video is highly recommended to expedite the process.

• If a video cannot be provided, alternate proof such as:

  • Clear photographs taken immediately after opening the package, showing the product and packaging (with shipping label visible),

  • Documentation from the delivery partner if damage is noted at handover, or

  • Any other convincing evidence provided promptly
    must be submitted within 8 hours of delivery.

• All claims will be reviewed for authenticity before approval.
  We reserve the right to refuse claims where evidence is inadequate or inconsistent, and will communicate all decisions transparently.

Goods That Cannot Be Returned or Cancelled

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods whose defects or imperfections have been clearly outlined and acknowledged prior to sale.

Non-Delivery or Shipping Issues

In the event of non-delivery, delayed delivery, or loss in transit, customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement after verification with the delivery partner.
